All exercise is important, but how many people exercise their pelvic floor? I'm talking men AND women. For women, things like KegelMaster works great. I use KegelCoach.com My girl uses it with KegelMaster... it makes a good pair. People need to get educated on kegels. I see so much misinformation about it. And nowadays, there is new vaccine for HPV (either Cervarix or Gardasil). I think the quadrivalent (gardasil) can be useful to prevent 2 types of HPV-infection which can cause genital warts. Since this genital warts are not 'that dangerous', people might want to prevent themselves from HPV infection that might cause cervical cancer.
